Use perception: observe what bothers you.
Create an emotional distance: without judging, positioning or justifying oneself.
Observe your confusion.
Ask ourselves questions: What’s happening to us? What’s bothering us? What do we perceive that bothers us so much? Who do we identify with?
Let’s talk in the 3rd person and with a descriptive language, avoiding the symbolic language.
The observer will begin to become aware of the unconscious information that is manifesting in our lives, to release them, to understand our perceptions and to transcend them.
Consider the principles of quantum physics:
I do not see things as they are: so I’m not right: I plan.
It’s not what happens to me that affects me but how I perceive it and it determines my emotional reaction.
Resonance: complementarity, polarization and quantum entanglement through each other and our environment.
The key is the change of perception: not as a change of behavior but as a change of understanding and the key are the emotions.
For that, we will make a conscious journey to the past (because for the Unconscious is always present) with another emotion and another perception we can change our emotion and we will create a new possibility in our life.
Look for previous scenes and make mini-stories and listen to your body (it reacts to emotional states: emotion). Emotions: neither good nor bad, but perfect … they bring you to act. Ignore the cognitive mind: it always gives an explanation to the impulses.
The observer will have physical sensations, will feel the excitement and to a maximum degree (increase) will access images that are correlated (initial stress situation) and resonate with this information, then you will have found the Ariadna thread of which we will shoot in order to find the program and the unconscious information that we carry and that makes us live this experience in some other way.
The unconscious does not make the difference between what happened yesterday, today or tomorrow, it is timeless. Therefore, what seems to happen to us now is a vibration or resonance of a stress that occurred to us a long time ago and of which we are not aware, here is the awareness.
