Unity Consciousness & Bioneuroemoción®
The collective unconscious is a common information field shared by individuals of the same species, it is the information that allows the automatic functioning of our organism, without needing to be aware of it. In humans it is the psychological substratum that we all share and according to the studies of Rupert Sheldrake: “all systems that self-organize have a collective memory from which individuals feed and to which they contribute”.
Similarly, at the planetary level there is the field of consciousness that contains collective memory for survival and provides each individual with the information necessary to adapt to the environment, thus, the patterns by which the body is generated are common to all members of the species.
Consequently, neither the individual nor the collective mind are found in our brain, there being a network that is not separated from anything or anyone, being found in everything and everyone.
Any voluntary process or over which we have “control” are processes of the ego. The ego has a limited capacity for perception, through the development of unity consciousness this capacity increases. The effort for us is to question ourselves, to be honest with ourselves in understanding that we are responsible for what we experience. Our essence drives us to expand our state of consciousness throughout life, it is a constant process.
In addition, the ego that has no control over the “automatic” processes of our cell group or body, can learn to separate the conscience of the body for as Wilber says: “not to notice almost him”.
The ability to pick up signals from and respond to them makes our body a means of communication. The signal is perceived by the body, to reach the cognitive brain pay attention, after its classification as pleasant or unpleasant, the conscious brain explains the signal based on their previous experiences and unconscious beliefs.
